Thornhill Fun Day

The annual Thornhill Fun Day took place today, which was a great opportunity to fill our mouths with candy floss and burgers, get our faces painted...

 

...and throw wet sponges at our children.

 

 

Money well spent!

...then a stool and a few empty boxes will probably do the trick!

 

Happy Birthday, Andy

Something that seems to come around faster and faster each year is Andy's birthday. After all of the partying over the last few weeks, Andy opted for something a little quieter, with a tasty chinese take-away - yum!

 

Ruth was determined to set the house on fire with birthday candles, though!

Exploring Garwnant

We took a trip out to visit Garwnant today, and had a fantastic time.

We started by mastering the equipment in the adventure playground...

 

 

 

...then we went exploring, and no-one fell in the river!

 

We found muddy paths to slide down on our bottoms (not sure why!)

 

And we took lots of breathers to pose for photographs.
